In 2001 my mother found an ad in the newspaper for a microdermabrasion. She knew I was having problems with my face for years that I just could not get rid of. I had acne. It seemed that every time one pimple would go away two more would appear. I began to see Maire about once a month. She always knew exactly what treatment my skin needed, whether it was a dermabrasion to smooth my skin out, or a glycolic peel to deep cleanse. Marie would always do extractions on my skin too. That means that she would basically "minimize" my breakouts and "drain" them so they would dry up and heal in a couple of days. There was barely a trace of them afterwards. I believe a very important change I made while seeing Marie was purchasing a customized cleanser and moisturizer from her that she mixes herself, customized for my skin. I struggled for years and years buying everything from scrubs, masks, soaps, wipes and lotions for my face when all I really needed is one moisturizer and one cleanser. I hear a lot of girls say that they will not get a facial due to breaking out afterwards. With Marie, I have never broken out afterwards, only had better prettier, cleaner and clearer skin. I have now been seeing Marie for approximately eight years and I am 30 years old. The change that Marie has made in my skin has been amazing! Just a quick note of thanks, you see I get these calcium deposit things on my face and I thought I would have to live with them. I prayed to God No, Please No. I feared I would grow old as these deformity's would take over my face. Then I found the Face Place. What a remarkable difference. The Face Place saved my face. This is the place to go. Marie's expertise on skincare surpasses what is the standard of skincare as we are used to. Customer service and making you feel great seems to be number one for her.
