Using Benzoyl Peroxide

(1) Run an ice cube over the area you intend to treat to cool down the skin until it is thoroughly wet and feels cold to the touch, but be careful not to freeze your skin.

(2) Apply the BP (that you have keep cold in the refrigerater) using essentially the same technique you used for the salicylic acid and the Glycolic Acid.
